Wordless Wednesdays are usually just wordless for me, but this week, I needed to share just a little bit about the products in the picture. At Costco, and I noticed they are on sale at Target this week too, you can purchase the Play-Doh Halloween Packs. I hate letting my kids have candy so getting an alternative to candy is great because then they can play with it and I’m not stressing over the candy. Anyways, the 20 count packages are on sale at Target this week for 4.99 and you can purchase two 20 count bags at Costco and I didn’t see what the price was.
This this is a picture of our box for Operation Christmas Child. We put the Mr. Potato Head Trick or Tator in amongst all of the other toys to fill up the box. We also put a few of the Play-Doh containers in the box to fill in the gaps. The rest we’ll be sharing with our friends for Halloween. Thank you Hasbro for these wonderful Halloween treasures.
You can find all of the Hasbro Seasonal Items at Hasbro.com
We received samples from Hasbro for this Happy Halloween Post!
That is great Louise!!
Way to give back!

Those are such a great idea for trick-or-treaters! I’ve looked at them in the past but they were always so expensive but I’ll definitely have to pop in to check out the sale since we haven’t bought the candy yet.
thanks for doing that
you are awesome
My WW for you
I love the idea of giving stuff like that. I did Play Doh a few years ago (before I had kids) and one of my neighbors was less than thrilled. You can’t please everyone, right? LOL
I am so excited about Operation Christmas Child. I’ve had a lot of fun getting our boxes ready too. Such a great way to help out others and to include the kids.
p.s. I secretly want that Trick or Tater for myself. If you check out my blog, we have a Tater Pirate Pumpkin this year, so you can see why I’d want one of those too. LOL
I love those ideas! We often mix in some PlayDough to give to the littlest kids who just don’t need (or really want) candy.
Those little Play-Dohs are perfect for Halloween – great idea!
Oh man, we already did Trunk or Treat so I would love an alternative to candy. I hope our neighbors think about that! I am giving out some character card games (found at Costco) because kids get enough candy. 🙂
Operation Christmas Child is really big deal helping families and really warms your heart to help. It is something everyone should particpate in.
What a wonderful idea!
Happy WW!
That is an awesome Operation Christmas Child box!
I think it’s great that you’re making a Christmas box.
Your kids are adorable!
What a great thing to get the kids involved in.
I swear Costco has some of the best deals on toys this time of the year. Cute pictures!
That is a really cute idea for kids instead of candy. In the town we live in, we don’t get any trick-or-treaters. With mine being 15 & 16yrs old, they are past the trick-or-treating as well.
You pictures are adorable! Very cute.
Play-dough rules! My niece can’t get enough of them. 🙂
What a great idea!
Have a great Wednesday!

That’s a great idea! I always wait to buy stuff for donation around Christmas time but it makes sense to start buying it early. I may go the day after and see if they are on clearance 🙂
The Play-Doh packs are also great to pick up right after Halloween, when the price is discounted. Packing them in the Operation Christmas Child boxes is a great idea!
Boy, you sure do have a couple of cuties!!
Are you on FB? If so, I’ll like you. 🙂 Will you like me?

Such a great idea instead of candy! Good job on the box!
That is a great alternative to candy. And I love the Halloween themed Potato Head! What cute smiley faces displaying those products. 🙂
Happy WW!
Those PlayDoh’s are such a great idea. I think I saw that pack at Fred Meyer’s for like $3.00. It was cheaper than candy, such a great idea!
