I was in Texas, then I was in LA, then I was home for a day, then off to the Dominican Republic and back to Texas and then I’m being whisked away into the land of Frozen. I’ll be going back to LA to get the inside scoop on the new Disney Animated feature of two Princesses in a Frozen world. It’s going to be great, it’s going to be great, it’s going to be great!!!
Walt Disney Animation Studios, the studio behind “Tangled” and “Wreck-It Ralph,” presents “Frozen,” a stunning big-screen comedy adventure. Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf (voice of Josh Gad), Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
And I’ll Be seeing FROZEN, SAVING MR. BANKS and the 50th Anniversary Edition of MARY POPPINS on Blu-ray Combo pack! I’m very excited about all three, as they all look amazing.
The event takes place in Los Angeles from Monday, November 18th – Wednesday, November 20th. I will attend the red carpet premiere of FROZEN (opening in theatres on 11/27), attend a press day at Walt Disney Animation Studios and interview star Kristen Bell (“Anna”)! While in town and see a screening of SAVING MR. BANKS (opening in theatres limited on 12/13 and wide on 12/20) and get a behind the scenes look at the history of MARY POPPINS (available on Blu-ray combo pack 12/10)!
Zoe is super excited about Frozen!!! Frozen is directed by Chris Buck (“Tarzan,” “Surf’s Up”) and Jennifer Lee (screenwriter, “Wreck-It Ralph”), who also wrote the screenplay. It is produced by Peter Del Vecho (“Winnie the Pooh,” “The Princess and the Frog”). Featuring original songs from Kristen Anderson-Lopez (“In Transit,” “Winnie the Pooh”) and Tony® winner Robert Lopez (“The Book of Mormon,” “Avenue Q”), and an original score by Christophe Beck (“The Muppets,” Oscar®-winning short “Paperman”), “Frozen” hits theaters in 3D on Nov. 27, 2013.
