1 Package of Viki’s granola apple cinnamon
1/2 cup of salted butter melted
1 cup unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Truvia Baking Blend (or 1 cup sugar)
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cups chocolate chips
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter and let it foam up. Then as it begins to brown stir constantly until it smells nutty
Place the butter in the fridge for a few hours, then get it out again letting it get to room temperature
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda
In a separate bowl blend the butter and truvia.
Next, add the eggs, milk and vanilla and mix. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Combine Butter and granola then cover cookie bars with granola
Cooking for 15-25 minutes. Be careful not to burn the granola topping.
