I loved the Super Mario Brothers show that was on in the 90’s. I watched it every week day during the summer time that I spent with my mom. Friday was my favorite day to watch because they always had a short from The Legend of Zelda. That was the ultimate thrill for me. Yes, I have come a long way from that. It takes a lot more to give me a thrill now days. Something more along the lines of House. 😉
This is another example of what has happened to me. I joined ncircle Entertainment and have items that I get to review every month. This month, I was away from the house because I’m in Texas. So my husband has told me what we received and this is one of them. Since I can’t watch it and tell you what it’s about I want to do a giveaway.
You tell me what it’s about.

I went to read what the show was about and it sounds like there is cute rapping in it. What I meant was that everyone speaks in rhyme.

I REMEMBER WHEN VANNA WHITE VISITED THE SHOW
I used to watch this show as a child, then Super Mario World came along soon after. But I think the former had the best theme song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3w2fi_f5OLY.
I was hooked on the Bros. LoL.
They had lots of fun guest stars and my son’s favorite character is luigi because of the color green!

Mario and Luigi are Italian plumbers. (WE LOVE MARIO AT MY HOUSE!!!)
Luigi is Mario’s younger, taller, and much slimmer brother! He wears green; Mario wear red.
There were 24 episodes of this show and I bet my husband has watched them all twice.
Toad, Peach, and Bowser are also characters on the show.
I’m an email subscriber.
That little black thing on the DVD box is a bob-omb.
Mario is in love with Peach, the princess who is ALWAYS getting captured by Bowser, like a hundred times a day it seems.
Swing your arms from side to side, c’mon it’s time to go, DO THE MARIO!
Little known fact: Patrick Dempsey, aka the guy from Grey’s Anatomy, worked behind the scenes of the show, and once had to play a giant swamp monster.
My nephew loves this show and wants to be a plumber because of it

Oh yea, my boy has one dvd of the series and the bad guy is always trying to mess up Mario, like in one episode, he steals all the spaghetti sauce in the world, so the Mario Bros. can’t have any for their pasta…but Mario always saves the day.
And when they run and jump they make video game noises (I thought that was funny).
Mario & Luigi are brothers, Italian and plumbers!
