We’re archery fans in my household, so I just couldn’t resist checking out the Zano Bow by Zing. This toy just looked like fun to me – it’s a slightly more elaborate version of the rubber suction cup “Arrows” I used to shoot around the house when I was a kid. The Zano Bow can be used indoors, just like those toys from my youth, but this one has foamy rubber arrows that don’t stick as tenaciously as those old fashioned ones did, as it’s meant to be used with ease inside the house.
The Zano Bow has the same firing principles as a “Real” bow, and comes with a target on the back of the box that you can set up for practice. Jai shot the Zano Bow towards the very high ceiling at Grandma’s house, and ended up having to pull a ladder out to retrieve it after it got stuck in a wreath over the doorway. So although this product is designed for ages 4 and up, I would advise continued supervision for ages 44 and up. 😉
