GoodNites* TRU-FIT* launch in Walmart #TRUFITWALMART #AD

August 13, 2014 by Momstart Leave a Comment

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf GoodNites* TRU-FIT*.

Bedwetting happens and it’s not that big of a deal. According to a GoodNites® brand study, it’s estimated that 1 in 6 children between the ages of 4-12 in the United States suffer from nocturnal enuresis, more commonly known as bedwetting. goodnites

I mean, in the middle of the night having to get up and change the sheets, yeah, honestly that is annoying to have to deal with as a parent, but to the child it’s quite embarrassing. My son was so embarrassed that for the longest time when he had an accident he wouldn’t even tell me. Then I felt bad for him because he was sleeping in a stinking bed. GoodNites® brand is introducing a completely new kind of bedtime protection: GoodNites* TRU-FIT* Underwear. GoodNites* TRU-FIT* is machine-washable, real underwear with disposable, absorbent inserts that help keep sheets and PJs dry all night. They look like underwear and work like something much much more.

GoodNites* TRU-FIT* offers a new choice for parents and children looking for a superior bedwetting product to help families have a better night, every night. GoodNites* TRU-FIT* is available in Walmart and Walmart.com as always at a low competitive price for boys and girls in sizes S/M and L/XL with colors and patterns for each size.

GoodNites* TRU-FIT* Underwear is accompanied by a disposable, absorbent insert – designed to protect sheets and PJs all night. The disposable, absorbent insert should be discarded after each night’s use. But the underwear can be washed.

Research from the American Academy of Pediatrics shows that psychologically, children who wet the bed do not want to participate in fun activities, such as sleepovers, because of their fear and embarrassment. This is something that is really hard for parents and children. A lot of parents have kids that feel like they are too old to need something to keep them dry but withGoodNites* TRU-FIT* Underwear kids can feel more confident.

GoodNites* TRU-FIT* Underwear with GoodNites* TRU-FIT* Absorbent Insert = Outstanding Nighttime Protection.

Diet Weight Check & Cottonelle Final: Can’t Leave Home Without It #LetsTalkBums

September 24, 2013 by Momstart Leave a Comment

Have you noticed there is quite a bit of humor going on with the LetsTalkBums campaign? The commercials on TV and the commercials on the internet and the sound bites on the blogs???

Well of course there is. Watch this, this is the last of the three videos I’m going to share with you:

We here at MomStart are working with Triberr and Cottonelle on a sponsored campaign talking about bums and in our house you can’t even say the word bums without giggling a little. Our opinions are our own and I’m wanting to get a little personal about why I can’t leave home without my bum wipes!

Winking smile

I’m on a diet!

Now you may think that doesn’t mean anything. Lots of people are on a diet, well I’m on a colon cleanse diet. And If I thought Cottonelle wipes were my friend before, they are really my friend now. I’m eating lots of fiber and taking these colon cleanse pills and let’s just say I’m sometimes unexpectedly in a rush to make it to the bathroom.

But Cottonelle makes my somewhat unexpectedly feisty bum settle down quickly with a soothing wipe.

When I first checked in on my diet, I was 155 and my measurements were

36

38

41.5

Now this week the scale says 153 meaning I lost two pounds last week. I haven’t made as much progress as I was hoping to make, however, I didn’t exercise at all. I was just hoping to lose it all with the colon cleanse. I need to realize there is no magic way to lose weight.

This week’s measurements are:

36

36

41

Hmmm, so not much weight loss but I did lose two inches off my waist and half of an inch off my hips. I’ll take that for sure. I’m going to continue using the colon cleanse diet and see if I can lose another two pounds this week and I would love to lose another two inches off my waist and off my hips. And since I’m staying on my diet you can rest assured Cottonelle Bum Wipes will be in my purse and on me at all times. Winking smile

BlogHer 2010 I’m going will you sponsor me?

September 19, 2009 by Momstart 6 Comments

blogher

I’m actually going to go to BlogHer 2010.  I can’t pass up the opportunity to go to New York, it is a fascinating city that has been on my bucket list for a while. I am in need of at least three more partial sponsorships or one large one. Please consider sponsoring Mom Start.

I will be there tweeting about your companies good graces and anything else you might need.

MY Needs

My BlogHer expenses and the costs are broken down into this:

  • Conference Ticket – $202.95 (EarlyBird Pricing thru Feb. 28th)
  • Hotel Fees – $597 (3 nights) plus taxes and fees at The Hilton New York
  • Airfare – From Seattle to NYC

Since I’m asking for your company to sponsor me, I’m sure you want to know what I will do for you while I am there. I will give you an in depth look at behind the scenes of what happens at BlogHer events and why you should have representation at BlogHer every year.

Your Needs

Here is what I will do for your company in exchange for partial sponsorship for this event.

  • Handing out your business cards, flyers, product samples or swag {I will be putting together Swag Bags, and can fit your materials into these if you wish} I can only hand these out in my room or off site so I’m hoping to have a room party.
  • Include a banner (your company logo) under a "BlogHer Sponsors" section on my blog from the time payment for sponsorship is made until one month after the event and for last minute sponsors we can work out an advertisement spot for six months on my site (500.00 value)
  • Blog and tweet about your company thanking you for sponsorship
  • Brand Promotion by wearing clothing, hats or carrying tote bags with your company logo during the conference
  • Blog promotion about your upcoming events, sales or other advertising needed
  • Live tweeting at the event referencing your company

I would also consider a full sponsorship in which I would do all of the above, plus advertising space above the fold for 1 full year. Other negotiations will also be considered. Please email me if you are interested in sponsoring me for this event. I can be reached at louise@looksblue.com I am also willing to discuss over the phone. So e-mail me and request an interview.

Possible Payment Increments:

Level 5 would be

  • Handing out your business cards, flyers, product samples or swag {I will be putting together Swag Bags, and can fit your materials into these if you wish}
