Shoes Shoes Shoes Shoes, Everybody’s got to have shoes, Shoes Shoes Shoes, Shoes. SHOOO-OOO-OES. Everytime I think about shoes now I think of that Sesame Street song with Neil Patrick Harris singing about shoes. I love shoes, and guess what?

I’ve passed that love of shoes onto my children, so whenever the opportunity to win or get a free pairs of shoes comes up, I take that opportunity and seize the day, for them and for me. This opportunity is for me to share with everyone though, so Thank Stride Rite!

Stride Rite is running the Super Power Your Day, The Slingshot Giveaway. Now through August 1st You can shoes and more. The giveaway is in honor of their shoe line, The SlingShot.

Their contest is a facebook contest. To Enter you will be asked to submit a picture of how your little slingshots power their day! You will be able to submit video or a photograph of your little one and their favorite high powered activity. When you make a submission come up with a catchy tagline of how a pair of slingshots would super power your child’s performance.

Four people will be chosen and then it will come down to a vote. The winner’s will receive a pair of Slingshots and other select prizes chosen by Stride Rite. You can also enter to win over twitter through the Foursquare challenge.

Check in on foursquare at your local stride rite location during the week, tweet your checkin @striderite using hashtag #SlingshotSR, and mention that you are super powering your son or daughter @striderite you will be entered in to a draw for a chance to win a pair of Slingshot ™ by stride rite ® shoes!
