Please don’t laugh at me, well you can laugh at me but don’t tell me. Hormel owns SKIPPY and I didn’t realize it. I thought since they sent me some SKIPPY products they wanted me to make some delicious peanut butter covered pork or peanut butter bacon. YUM, can you even imagine how good that would be? I can. Well, this month they sent me the SKIPPY Singles.

We are really working on getting my son to eat his fruit and veggies and he often will take the same lunch as his sister, minus the veggies or fresh fruit. He’ll take applesauce and fruit crisps. SO when she found the SKIPPY Singles she took two large carrots with her and the peanut butter. Her brother copied her. Then the next day instead of carrots they took apples. Now I don’t know for sure that he’s eating his fruit and veggies but if his teacher is anything like my daughter’s she’s monitoring what they eat and making sure they eat the healthy stuff before they eat the other stuff. I feel like doing the happy dance because my son is eating healthier!
