Last week I visited Sport Restaurant & Bar right across the street from the Space Needle in down town Seattle. While I was there I experienced four different dishes from their new gluten free menu. Many of the dishes are re-created from their regular menu and still taste absolutely delicious.
I love that for those that need gluten free it’s becoming much more easy to find and it’s affordable. At Sport, I’m impressed with how vast their gluten free menu is. You have plenty to choose from in each category. Check out their menu here, I included the entire Sport Gluten Free Menu!

From the appetizers I had the Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings and they were spicy. I needed a glass of water after trying them. I loved the flavor in addition to the spice, and the ranch sauce that compliments the wings is the perfect cooling. I took the leftovers home and TRIED to share them with my husband.
From the Salad portion of the menu I had the Char Siu Chicken Salad. This was also a spicy dish with a cooling affect along with it. I mean I felt like one bite was refreshing while also having a kick. It was really quite tasty and something I would order again.
Out of the pizza category I tried the BBQ Chicken Pizza and I just LOVED it. This is a sweet BBQ with a nice pairing of red onions. I’m not a fan of onions so for me to like it, that has to say something. And the bread, the crust was a perfect crunch of flavor.
The final dish I tired was the New Orleans Style Chicken Jambalaya. The Jambalaya was too spicy for me to taste any actual flavor. To me a Jambalaya should have a well rounded flavor, but to each his own.
Gluten Free can be amazing when well prepared and at Sport Restaurant and bar it is well prepared!
