Veggies can get so boring when you steam them or cook them in the oven. Even grilling them on top of the oven with salt and pepper although always a good choice might not give them enough flavor for the kids to enjoy them. So just adding a splash of one of the NAKANO Rice Vinegar flavors will give you that added edge you need. In this recipe, I used the Balsamic Rice Vinegar but I think any flavor would work. NAKANO Seasoned Balsamic Rice Vinegar Veggies Recipe
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons NAKANO balsamic rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Cups chopped carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 cups Chopped Broccoli
2 Red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch slices
Heat the oil over medium heat
Add the veggies and Sautee for about 10 minutes
Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender
Serve and enjoy!
