Miles and I were in the mood for chocolate and I had some fancy Raspberry jam that I wanted to make sure I used up. We worked together and created these Chocolate Raspberry Pie.
Pie crust rolled out and the jam is placed on top, then another layer and melted chocolate chips on the other
Miles did all the spreading and then I rolled it up.
We cut them out and placed them on a tray.
Then after they came out we powdered them with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Raspberry Pie Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Raspberry Jam
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 ready made pie crusts
Fresh raspberries
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Roll out one sheet of pie crust
Melt chocolate and cream 30 seconds at a time in the microwave
Spread out the chocolate on the crust
Place second pie crust on top
Spread the jam out on second pie crust
Then roll up both pie crusts
Cut into 1 inch rolls then bake for 30 minutes or until not doughy
