I’ve stayed with Global Resort Homes before but I’ve never stayed at Paradise Palms. Paradise Palms is a resort filled with townhomes, really nice townhomes and I got to stay there. The pool they have at the clubhouse is amazing. We spent two days in that pool. The kids didn’t even want to leave when it was time to eat and missing a meal is unheard of in my house. But I’m glad they were having that much fun and I was having fun with them.
The First house we stayed in was beautiful. It was a really new house and it had a pool in the backyard. All the houses had a pool in the backyard and we spent time in that pool too. I thought for sure I lost weight on vacation but somehow I ate as many calories as I burned off in the pool. I loved staying in a house because we could purchase food and cook our own meals; saving a ton of money not eating out. We washed clothes and had plenty of room for my family and my kids had three rooms to choose from still giving us an extra room for my parents. They came on our summer vacation with us so they could see the grandkids.
The house had five bedrooms.
The house pool…
You might have noticed in that last paragraph that I said “first” house. Turns out the house wasn’t cooling down right and everyone was hot the first night. I called Global Resort Homes and it was after hours so I had to leave a message but they called me back within five minutes. Then they sent someone right out to fix it. It only took them 20 minutes to get there. They checked out the AC and said they would have to come back the next day to work on it some more. We found a water leak in the bathroom downstairs as well. The next day they decided it would be best if we moved houses, I mean if we had wanted to stay in that house they would have let us but we agreed and moved into a different house. Moving houses took maybe ten minutes because Global Resort Homes actually helped us move to another house, and we walked into that new house and it was like AHHHHHHH! The AC in the new house worked, and it worked well.
Stay Tuned for House number Two!
