Cinnamon Breakfast Cookie Recipe (Made With Ola! Granola)
Baking is not usually my thing. I can cook meals and create recipes in the kitchen, but usually not those in the baking world. When I tried out this great granola from Ola! though, it gave me a little courage. I decided to make a low sugar cookie using granola and whole wheat flour. The results? I now have a recipe for a pretty tasty little breakfast cookie!
Cinnamon Breakfast Cookie Recipe
You will need:
– 1 stick of butter (at room temperature)
– ¾ c brown sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 t vanilla
– 1 t cinnamon
– 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
– 1 t baking soda
– 2 c. Cranberry Orange Pecan Ola! Granola
Preheat oven to 350*. Begin by mixing butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Once thoroughly combined, add flour and baking soda. Then, mix in granola. You could add more dried cranberries if you want. Shape spoonfuls of dough into round mounds onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
