Merci – European chocolates
By Lynn
Ok so something about me, I consider myself to be a bit of a chocolate snob. I love the stuff, seriously LOVE it, in fact you may even say I’m addicted, but it has to be GOOD. I like to sit down and enjoy chocolate, like a little luxury.
I recently had the chance to try out some of the really, REALLY, yummy chocolates – very, VERY, good quality chocolates. The brand is called “Merci” – so appropriately named because these are the type of chocolates you want to give as a gift to someone special in your life, someone you want to say a special, meaningful “Thank you” to. These quality chocolates are smooth and have a variety of lovely light flavors that included: Milk Chocolate, Cream Truffle, Hazelnut-Almond, Dark Cream and Praline-Crème. They are very decadent and well made.
The delicious selection of rich European chocolates made from the finest ingredients available, provide indulgence and variety. With flavors like Cream Truffle, Hazelnut-Almond, Praline-Creme, and Dark Cream, merci will delight the palate.
The idea for merci was born in 1965, when it began to win over people’s hearts as the first individually wrapped gift-giving chocolate in Germany. Nowadays, people in over 70 countries of the world – from Poland to Singapore, from Sweden to Slovenia – give merci as a gift.
There were 20 individually wrapped pieces so you can relax and enjoy them, without the guilt of over indulging.
For me, I know I’d like to give a meaningful thank you to my husband who is so helpful, he works a long day and comes home and still helps around the house, and always appreciative of what I do with our children throughout the day.
We ware hosting a giveaway of a box of Merci Chocolates. Please share in the comments who you would want to give a meaningful thank you to this holiday season (and why!) and you could win the box of these DELICIOUS treats.
You can also tweet about giving a meaningful ‘Thank You’ using the #MeaningfulMerci hashtag.
