I loved how easy these peanut butter bars were to make. I used Hungry Jack pancake mix as the flour and then added JIF whipped peanut butter, not only was it peanut butter it was their limited edition chocolate mint whipped peanut butter and these bars just melt in your mouth. They are moist and so good. My husband said he LOVED them.
Peanut Butter Mint
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Jif® Whipped Chocolate Mint Peanut Butter
1 cup water
1 large egg
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 (7 oz.) package Hungry Jack® Easy Pack™ Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups Hungry Jack® Complete Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/4 cup Andes Mints
1. HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
2. WHISK peanut butter and water until blended. Beat in egg and brown sugar. Stir in pancake mix until smooth. Pour evenly in prepared baking pan.
3. BAKE 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
