Use Ibotta to Earn Money While You Shop
In September I gave you a little sneak peek at the world of Ibotta, a world where you don’t have to clip paper coupons to save money when you grocery shop. In three easy steps, you can earn money back by purchasing products from some of your favorite brands.
I’ve been using Ibotta for just over a month now, and I love it. It is so easy and simple to use.
1. Find your offers and interact with the products.
2. Go shopping and buys the products with offers you completed.
3. Send in a picture of your receipt and earn money.
Ibotta works on any iOS device (coming soon to Droid) and can be used at Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and Duane Reed. Anytime you go shopping in any of those stores, you can redeem your Ibotta offers and make money back on your purchases. If you want, you can even donate that money to a school of your choice.
– Can I use regular coupons along with Ibotta offers?
YES! You can use coupons as you normally would, even if that means you have coupons and an Ibotta offer for the same product.
– Can I split my rewards between donations and myself?
YES! You can choose to send some of your rewards to a school of your choice and choose to keep some of them in your own PayPal account.
– How do I sign up for Ibotta and how much does it cost?
Ibotta is a FREE app that’s available in the iTunes store. You can also go through my link and go directly to the sign up page. All you need is an iOS device and an email address. (Sign up for Ibotta here.)
I’ve never been a big coupon person. I use them when they’re there, but I end up losing them or forgetting them. That’s why Ibotta works well for me. Give it a try and let us know what you think. You can let them know what you think too by leaving a review at the iTunes store. They’re a new app, so feedback is really important.
Happy shopping… and happy earning! J
