Playskool Heroes Spider-Man Flip-Out Stunt Buggy
By: Ashley
There really is something innate about most boys that draws them to the trucks, tractors, and cars. When you add a cool looking superhero to the mix, it just makes it even better. Atticus actually got a Spider-Man Flip-Out Stunt Buggy for his birthday back in June, so when I saw another one in the box of toys to donate, I knew I had to make sure I featured it.
My boy is one of those boys who loves anything with wheels and this Spider-Man “truck” (as he calls it), is no exception. To be honest, when he first got it on his second birthday, it didn’t make his list of top toys. I think that’s really because he was still a little young for it. He didn’t quite have the motor skills to get Spider-Man on the buggy (he can stand on the outside thanks to a magnetic foot hold) and couldn’t really get the hang of flipping the car to make it go. That makes sense though, especially since the recommended age bracket for this toy is 3-6 years old. Now, not even six months later, he could play with this for a long time and not get bored.
So what are the great things about the Spider-Man Flip-Out Stunt Buggy? I like the flip and roll concept. It may sound unrealistic, but they have done a great job designing this buggy to be an acrobatic stunt car. Even with Spider-Man inside, it can do a nice flip on the road and then keep on going. I also love the Spider-Man can actually stand on the outside of the car. I can’t forget to mention that with a suggested retail price of just $12.99 it’s a super cool toy that won’t break the bank.
With the popularity of comic book characters these days, and the unavoidable love of things that go, the Spider-Man Stunt Buggy is definitely a good option for preschool and young school age kids.
