Quick Fix Salad For A Crowd: Crunch Pak Salad Kitz

I wish I would have taken a photo of these salad Kitz but we went through them so quickly because I ended up doing more entertaining than I first thought I would. Crunch Pak has created these new salad kitz that have everything in them we need to have a great apple salad in less than a minute and they taste really good too. One reason I know they were a crowd pleaser too is because they were devoured when I took them to a holiday meeting. What did we receive to try out?

We received the only two varieties they have so far. The Waldorf Salad Kitz and the Tropical Salad kit.

The Waldorf Salad was my favorite because I found the nuts and cranberries and dressing to be a fantastic mix. It’s my first time to have a Waldorf Salad. The Tropical Salad was the crowd pleaser that I took to our Holiday Meeting and served it with ham and mashed potatoes and a cheese platter. I love using Crunch Pak because we trust them to have fresh ingredients that are healthy for the whole family. We often buy the apple slices from Costco because they carry the Crunch Pak in bulk for an amazingly low price. Crunch Pak ® was started in the year 2000 by a group of Washington state apple growers. In addition to apples, these growers produce cherries, pears, and other tree fruits in the North Central Washington area.

Crunch Pak Healthy Apple Snacks Under The Disney Label: Foodles, FlavorZ, and DipperZ

When Crunch Pak said they wanted to send me some of their samples I thought, Ok, that’s great a package of apples that we’ve purchased from Costco but in a smaller size. WHOA was I wrong about what they carry and make. They sell more than just the Disney Mickey Mouse Apple packages you can purchase at Costco, they sell flavor infused apples and a complete snack package with variety in each set.

Crunch Pak

Crunch Pak is a sliced apple manufacture in Washington State. Here in Washington State we are the KING of apples on the other side of the mountains. I’m on the wet side the apples are on the dry side. Just had to share that, I love to ramble. Crunch Pak has a license with Disney and they produce some SUPER fun Disney products (Foodles, Flavorz, and more). Their newest Disney item is their Flavorz which are apple slices infused with natural flavoring. They come in three different flavors:  Peach/Mango, Strawberry Crème Vanilla and Grape. I had the grape flavored Flavorz and loved them.

FlavorZ

These are the flavored apples. They come in three different flavors: Peach/Mango, Strawberry Crème Vanilla and Grape. The kids and I both liked them

Foodles

Foodles come in about ten different varieities. Five for girls and five for boys, or rather, there are five different Disney Princess Foodles and five different Disney themed character Foodles

DipperZ

The DipperZ are what I told the kids “mommy’s snack” but I’m probably going to end up giving them to them because I’m sitting here eating one of the Foodles as I write this review. As you can imagine by the name they are fruit that you dip in either peanut butter or low-fat yogurt.

Apple Snackers

We purchase apple slices at Costco and they are actually created by Crunch Pak. They also have carrot packs.

 

I’d love another great box of Crunch Pak goodies because they are great snacks that I feel extremely comfortable sharing with my kids. All of the snacks are low in fat and a healthy fun treat that the kids go nuts over.
