Weight Watchers sent us a scale a few months ago. I still really like using it. It’s so easy to use and it’s so interesting to find out what my BMI is even though I’m still not sure what a healthy one is. Which makes me think, while I’m sitting here at my computer maybe I could go look that up on Google or something.
So what I found is that for most people a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. And just incase you didn’t know what a BMI was it’s your Body Mass Index it measures your body fatness. So I’m in the good range. Whew!
Now knowing your BMI isn’t exactly what everyone looks for in a scale. So if you want a simple scale, Weight Watches by Conair still has you covered.
