Ooey Gooey Chocolate Bars Recipe

We received samples.

Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk is perfect for summer time and for baking. They sent us some samples so we could whip up some tasty frozen treats to keep us cool. They have so many amazing sweetened condensed milk recipes to choose from: Lemon Ice Box Pie, Peaches & Cream Cake, Fresh Fruit Ice Cream and Key Lime Pie. It’s been called “Magic” … a can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk plus a few select ingredients and the results are, well, like magic!

 

Gooey Chocolate Bars

We’ve been really busy this summer and since summer is almost over we wanted to make something you might take to school with you or to any get together because these are pure chocolate magic. We even made a video of our creation.

Gooey Chocolate Bars Recipe

sweetened Condensed Milk recipe

Ingredients:

1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

two eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 cups chocolate chips
1 bag of marshmallows

 

Directions:

Heat oven to 350

Mix chocolate cake mix with two eggs and 1/3 cup olive oil

Place chocolate cake mixture into a 13 by 9 glass baking dish

Place Marshmallows

Place chocolate chips

Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk over

Cook for 20 – 25 minutes

Let cool for 20 minutes

Cut into bars

HandCraft Pinot Noir Chocolate Brownies Recipe #TGTaste

I love wine and now I’m ready to bake with it. I never thought to put it in brownie mix. I bet it gives the brownies a fuller flavor and everything is good with chocolate.

Pinot Noir Chocolate Brownies

HandCraft Pinot Noir Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
¾ Cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
¼ Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Butter, Melted
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts
¾ Cup Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Cocoa
2 Tablespoons HandCraft Pinot Noir

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs with sugar and vanilla; add butter and HandCraft wine.
Stir Ghirardelli Chocolate with flour, baking powder and salt. 
Combine with egg mixture; add nuts.Spread into greased 8×8-inch pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes. Yields 16-20 brownies.

HandCraft Pinot Noir Icing

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons HandCraft Pinot Noir

Meanwhile prepare icing. 
Melt butter over medium heat. 
Reduce heat to low and add chocolate, sugar and wine. 
Continue heating over low heat stirring often, until mixture is smooth – don’t let it boil.
Spoon hot icing over fresh brownies and let stand for a minimum of an hour; 12 hours is best.  Enjoy!
