This is a very Disney oriented family here in my house. I have one who loves to dress up as a different princess every other day and another who carries Mickey, Minnie, Tigger, and Pluto everywhere he goes. He even tucks them under the covers.

Reading to my kids is very important to me even though I don’t do it as much as I know I should. They are both little sponges and I love to encourage their learning in any way I can. Encouraging your children to learn begins at such an early stage. Even when they are just babies you can being to teach them, just be letting them experience textures, words, and sights. Disney Baby is right there to aid you when it comes to your children.

DISNEY BABY is a new series of infant books guaranteed to delight both babies and their new mothers. The first three titles available now are BUSY BABY (Disney Press, $6.99), WHO’S THAT BABY (Disney Press, $6.99), and COZY BABY (Disney Press, $7.99). The new DISNEY BABY series introduces babies to new Disney friends as they discover the world around them, and moms join in on the fun as they read the playful text to their newborns.

We received a copy of all three books to review, and I’m going to donate the review set. They also sent me a copy of each book to give away to one of my readers.

Each book focuses on different kinds of time that are key to your child. You know, bath time, play time, and nap time; times of the day that are very important to your babies. In Who’s That Baby, there is a mirror that allows your child to see their reflection. It is going to fascinate them as they look at themselves on each page of the story book.

Busy Baby allows babies the opportunity to turn the pages themselves. Each page of the book has a soft taggie on it, and babies love to chew on taggies. These tags will make it much easier for them to learn to change the page as you read them the story.

The final in the set, Cozy Baby is a washable soft fabric that they can cuddle with at bed time. It is easy very easy to clean. My children are above the “recommended” age for these books, but they are always excited to get a new book to look at.

The DISNEY BABY series explores simple concepts to encourage development of babies’ listening and language skills. It also presents opportunities for fantastic mother-baby bonding moments.
