If you are looking for a touching and personal baby shower gift for someone you care about, or are expecting a little bundle of your own and want a keepsake to wear sharing your great news, then the My baby2be bracelet is for you. My baby2be bracelets are part of a jewelry line exclusively designed for expectant mothers who want to share their excitement with the world. The designers of the jewelry are two mom entrepreneurs who have done an amazing job developing not only their idea, but their business!
Let me get started by telling you about the My baby2be bracelet that I received to review. First of all, I have to say that the packaging alone really makes you feel like you are getting something special. My baby2be bracelets come in a small, black, velvet back embroidered with the company name. Once you open the bag, you find your bracelet along with a small card. My bracelet was made with yellow roping and held the silver medallion in the middle. Now, I am by NO MEANS expecting a baby, but when I was pregnant with my son, we kept his gender a surprise for the delivery room. So when asked what color bracelet I wanted to try out, I went with yellow. If you know you are expecting a girl, you can order a pink bracelet, and if you are expecting a boy, you can order a blue bracelet. Actually, there are so many products available to order through My baby2be. I was especially excited to see that the bracelets come in both silver and gold! There are so many different styles and variations, but they all still provide the same sentimental keepsake. If I were expecting a little one, I would have to do a little shopping!
The bracelet was very easy to wear. I am not a big jewelry person, but did not mind the lightness of this bracelet at all. The adjustable sizing was also perfect for me. Often, bracelets are too big for me and end up getting in the way. The baby2be bracelet stayed right where it was supposed to. I could just imagine wearing this bracelet out and about and having people ask me about it. It is definitely a conversation piece for a conversation that every expecting mom can’t wait to have!
Okay, now that I have told you all about the bracelet that I wore, I want to get back to that whole part about the designers of My baby2be. The company was started by Gabriela Ahumada-Im and Leilani Leong (Gabby and Lani). These women had been friends for years and when Gabby was pregnant, they started noticing how many people were asking if she was going to have a boy or a girl. Bingo! They had the great idea to create a memorable keepsake that would share the news of your baby with the world!
So I’ve told you that the jewelry looks wonderful. I’ve mentioned that the packaging is special in it’s own right. I’ve raved about the fit of the bracelet. I even made sure that you knew the business was started by two mom entrepreneurs. How could this product get any better? Well, Lani and Gabby contribute a portion of their profits to charities for children with special needs. They felt like it was a great opportunity for the public to give a gift and donate to children with special needs at the same time!
I have a few friends who are expecting sometime soon. I might have to visit My baby2be to do a little shopping!
