My kids love flavored milk and I really dislike giving them extra sugar at any time. But we still have flavored milk a few times a week, sometimes more often than that. So whenever I have the opportunity to give them flavored milk with less sugar I’m all about that. Chocolate Caramel Banana Cooler Recipe
Ingredients:
1 container (8.25 fl. oz.) BOOST® Kid Essentials Drink (chocolate)
1 banana
1 Tbsp. caramel syrup
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix blend.

When it comes to getting my kids to eat healthy I’ve found that I have to be a good example. My husband and I like different things, he’s the fruit eater and I’m the veggie lover.
