I received these three DVD’s to review on Mom Start. It’s very sad because I can’t do an accurate review yoga right now. I haven’t been approved for exercise from my surgery yet. But as you can tell I’m going to be all stocked up on exercise when I am all healed. Then come the real reviews. I was surprised that all exercise depends on the condition of your abs and that’s where half of my incisions are. As soon as I can bend at the waste I will be able to do these, and I’m looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to all of these opportunities to get my fitness level up. Stretching and simple low impact exercise like yoga is awesome for your body. It’s gentle movements that kick start your heart. I’m always amazed at how tired I am after a bit of yoga. But I sure do feel good afterwards.
