About the book
Beth Greer was inspired to write Super Natural Home after a medical crisis inspired her to reconsider her lifestyle. While she thought she was living green, she realized there were many other changes that could benefit her life and health. The book is meant to encourage readers to look into their own lives and see how they could improve their personal choices, allowing them a healthier, cleaner lifestyle.
When I looked at Amazon about this book, I found that it has five stars. Everyone who read it and reviewed it gave it five stars. I haven’t finished it so I feel I can’t rate it myself. I do feel that it’s a great way to learn how to go green. She talks about every aspect of your home and helps you turn it into a natural home. From eating organic to wearing cosmetics she has ways to make changes and become less dependent on chemicals.
About the author
Greer is an award-winning journalist and holistic health advocate. She is the former president and co-owner of The Learning Annex, an alternative adult education company, and she is the founder of Super Natural Mom. She has been on the Home Discovery Channel and I think she was on an episode of John and Kate plus 8 but that might not be something she would want to admit right now.
