SPAM makes a great snack, but it’s not always easy to open up a can while you’re on the go. Luckily, new SPAM Snacks have addressed this problem by creating small, portable snack pouches with bite-sized pieces of SPAM goodness inside! They come in three flavors: Classic, Teriyaki, and Bacon.
Jai has been loving these, and I’ve been using them as mealtime inspiration, too! I decided to use the SPAM Snacks Bacon as a substitute for bacon bits on a salad. They are a perfect salad topping and went great with the dinner of pizza and hamburgers I was cooking up the other night!

Tear lettuce into small parts and layer on a plate. Thinly slice the onion and chop into small pieces, and lightly sprinkle over the lettuce. Chop the tomato and place over the salad. Top with SPAM Snacks and the dressing.
