On June 7th, you’ll be able to ask Sherlock Gnomes anything live on Facebook! Starting at 7 PM ET, tune in to watch everyone’s favorite sleuth answer all your burning questions. Sherlock Gnomes will be streaming live using motion capture technology that will translate an actor’s performance into real time reactions – how cool is that?! You can submit your questions now, so what are you waiting for? Head over to Facebook or Instagram right away and leave your questions for detective Gnomes in the comments!
And for even more fun, be sure to head over to Art for Kids Hub, who are sharing a new Sherlock Gnomes art tutorial every day this week. Today, they’re sharing how to draw Bunny – I’ll have to study up on that one, since I’m the crazy bunny lady now! They’re also running a special giveaway where parents can share a photo of their child’s gnome masterpiece for a chance to win super cute Sherlock Gnomes swag. Drawing is such a fun activity to keep kids busy during the summer – and as you can see above, Miles is quite the artiste with his gnome rendition!
The Gnomeo & Juliet series has a special place in Louise’s heart, and I have a connection to it as well: It’s been a long-running joke that Jessie buys me a new yard gnome and gnome-related merchandise for every birthday and Christmas – seriously, my yard is full of them – so of course she bought me Gnomeo & Juliet when it came out on DVD! I fully expect to get a copy of Sherlock Gnomes for my next birthday, since it is available on Digital now, and will be coming to DVD and Blu-Ray on June 12th – so if you’re Jessie (or anyone else), you can click here to reserve your copy gnow! Get it? Gnome? Gnow? OK, I’ll cool it with the terrible puns. 😉
