Kellogg’s presented the question to me, how important is it for you to know where your cereal comes from, does it have healthy ingredients in it, is it wholesome, is it simple, is it right?
Yes cereal is a very important part of our morning routine. My kids love to eat cereal. Eating in the morning is the best way to give your children a great start in the day. I’ve often heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The energy we get from breakfast is so important so yes I do think about what I purchase for the kids in the morning.
Do we always purchase from Kellogg’s not always but a great deal of the time we do. Kellogg’s makes quite a few really great and wholesome cereals. One of them I like to buy is Kellogg’s special K because I can find it at Costco and buy it in bulk, therefore saving my family money while serving them a healthy start to their day.
