walking and play outside with my son
my husband & i spend much time on the Lake Michigan swimming & doing jet-sky :)) Also i like fishing very much in the early morning time, when it’s calm & beautiful everywhere !
In the summer, I like to go to the park and do more walking in the early mornings or early evening when it is cooler

As soon as the weather and ground is ready, I spend time in the garden growing veggies and plants. I love walking with my dog, friends. I’ve begun using DVD’s in the early am for cardio/ body weight activities.
We homeschool year round so lessons move outside camping fishing and if we can’t be found anywhere else, usually we are in the garden tending herbs and veggies galore starting to can any surplus we have. Thanks for a shot at this awesome prize!

Summer is a great time to kick up overall activity, but for me going to the pool and playing outside with my son really helps. And don’t forget working in the garden!!
Go to the vernal pools at La Cresta and take long nature walks to get as much vitamin D as possible:)
