Here’s a super simple shrimp dip I came up with today:
Ingredients (All to taste):
Dollop of ketchup
Spoonful of Herdez Red Guajillo Chile Cooking Sauce
Pat of butter
Combine all ingredients in a small, microwave safe bowl and heat, stopping to stir frequently, until fully melted and mixed – roughly 25 seconds, but this will vary from microwave to microwave. Stir thoroughly and serve with shrimp. Dip and enjoy!
