Quest Nutrition Chips are baked, not fried so it makes the chips nice and light – not laden with oil and making things all greasy. I liked how much protein they packed into the chip without any soy in them either. I received a box full for my family and I to try out and in the few days we’ve had it the box has emptied faster than I imagined. The protein in the chips helps make you feel full, so when I reached the bottom of the bag I was disappointed because I was enjoying the flavor and crunch of them, not because I felt like I had only had one or two chips – you know how with regular chips you feel like you can eat a whole “Party” size bag and not even know you have eaten more than two chips!
What’s nice is if you’re like me, you like to see the nutritional info on the bag. The serving size they refer to is the actual size of the bag – no bluffing on how many calories or grams of fat you’re eating. I love how they include so much protein in a bag! 20 grams! Go see how many grams of protein are in a serving of a bag of chips in your house (or next time you’re at the grocery store). I don’t think a regular bag of chips will have even 5 grams. I saw they had some bars for sale too, I’d love to try these out and hopefully get them in a local store.
I think this is a great snack I will be recommending to my friends. Especially those who, for various reasons, are on a gluten free lifestyle.
Here is some info I was provided with as well:
