Sometimes, I take on a campaign because I love the idea, or what the company is supporting. Then when it comes, I wish I hadn’t taken on the campaign, not because the idea, or features of the campaign have changed, but because the product that supports the campaign is so good that I can’t stop eating it.
Pringles, Multi Grain are still so good that once you pop you can’t stop and they are counting on that fact to help support Share Our Strength. Here’s what you can do to help. Purchase Multigrain Pringles and enter the UPC code from any Pringles Multigrain product at PringlesMultigrain.com, and Pringles will donate $1 to Share Our Strength through June 30, 2010. They have three flavors to choose from: Truly Original, Cheesy Cheddar, and Creamy Ranch.
A mom friend of mine saw me eating them and wanted to know, how do they compare to “Real Pringles”? Pringles sent me one of each flavor to try. I wish they made them in BBQ (I can eat a whole can of BBQ in one sitting) so that I could give you a true comparison, but from what I remember the taste is right on. The texture is a little heavier.
You can see the multigrain in the chips, it makes them just a little heavier as you are eating them, but they are still lighter than almost all other chips. I just finished off another one of the cans they sent me at lunch today.
Along with the Pringles they sent us to review, Pringles sent us a recipe book. I never thought of using Pringles in recipes, like in Baked Potato Soup. You might want to check out some of the Pringles Multigrain Recipes.
“I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Pringles Multigrain and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.”
