1.5 oz. Usquaebach Premium Reserve Blend
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel and cinnamon stick for garnish
In a rocks glass, add sugar, pomegranate seeds and bitters and muddle until sugar is dissolved. Add large ice cube, whisky and gently stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange peel.
