How do you spice up something you eat regularly? Just add Hormel’s pepperoni to any normal dish. I’ve used it in salad, tomato soup, and recently we used it in macaroni & cheese.
chop up the pepperoni into little pieces and add it to your favorite version of macaroni & cheese.
Pepperoni Macaroni & Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 10 pieces of Hormel’s Pepperoni
Directions
- Boil the Macaroni 8 minutes set aside and drain
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the flour and salt
- Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly
- Add the milk and stir. Cook until thickens stirring constantly over medium heat
- Once thick add the cheese and take off the heat.
- Return the pasta to the cheese mixture and then add the beef mixture and serve.
- Stir in the chopped up pepperoni
