I absolutely love holiday “Bark” recipes, and peppermint, so this recipe seriously has my mouth watering! And thanks to the fact that it’s made with vegan ingredients such as Dandies All-Natural Marshmallows, everyone can enjoy these!

1 bag of Vegan Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 cup Dandies Mini Marshmallows
4 Peppermint Candy Canes (crushed)
In a double boiler turned on super low heat, combine chocolate chips, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir frequently until the chips are completely melted. Pour melted chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread out evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle on the crushed candy cane, and then press in the marshmallows. Let harden in the freezer. Once frozen, break into chunks. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!
