My Meal plan has been lacking lately and I realize that I haven’t been cooking healthy for a long time. So we’re making some changes to our menu starting this week.
Monday – Chili Bread Bowls
Tuesday – Citrus Grilled Chicken, green beans, raspberries
Lime Ponzu Sauce
Wednesday – Mashed potato bowls
Thursday – Raspberry Chipotle Grilled Chicken, grilled veggies, Fresh Raspberries
Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Friday – Double Decker Tacos
Saturday – Egg Burritos
Sunday – Teriyaki Grilled Chicken, more veggies
I need to go to Costco and buy some more veggies and some more chicken. We’re going to be eating a lot of chicken and getting a lot of exercise this month! I need some white gravy mix too.
