My Family is not big on drinking tea. That is unless it is grossly sweetened and iced. I enjoy a good glass of sweet iced tea too but, I am the lone person in my family who enjoys a warm cup of fresh tea. I have a ton of tea. All kinds of tea! It mostly goes unused because of effort (I know super lame excuse). I gave away my tea kettle because it took too much room for something that was not used by everyone. Sadly I was forced into microwave warm tea……Do not tell my Nana, she would be appalled!
I recently received the Tea for One, Café Collection sample set from Le Creuset and you know something, I see what the big deal is! Le Creuset has created a beautiful stoneware single serve tea pot and cup for us solo tea drinkers to enjoy. It is the perfect size that keeps your tea warm long enough for you to drink and enjoy. The enamel glazing keeps your cup looking stain free and safe from scratches and cracks. It is dishwasher safe. That is a must in my home these days. If I can’t toss it in the dishwasher then It cannot live here and that’s final! Thankfully, this little tea set is functional and practical.
Le Creuset, which translates to “the crucible” in French, began creating cast iron cookware in 1925 in northern France. Le Creuset cast iron is still produced in the same foundry, with individual sand molds and hand inspections for each and every piece.”
This little tea pot short and stout goes on my #christmaslist – it is a thoughtful gift priced at $35.00. Le Creuset has a glorious inventory of cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools and more. Check them out online at http://www.lecreuset.com/ and also at most major retail stores.
