Working with a personal trainer can be really rewarding. It can also be really expensive and time-consuming, which is why the Kiqplan app was developed. Kiqplan is a fitness app created with the idea of standing in for a personal trainer with workout videos and advice. You start with a plan geared towards your goals, such as the Slim and Trim a program for women, then input basic information about your weight and what you want to achieve.
The app guides you through a fitness test so that you can log and test your progress, along with a “Daily Diary” section to record information about your weight, daily activity levels, mood, and log caloric intake; Kiqplan is also designed to work with select fitness trackers.
When you’re ready to work out, you can then access a recommended schedule and follow along with workout videos within the app. You will also find tips on the home screen along with an archive of articles on health and wellness, plus a collection of health-minded recipes. With New Year’s Resolutions right around the corner, many will be looking to their phones for gitness motivation in 2016!
