My husband and I lost a lot of weight so far using the KETO diet. The trick to success on this diet is getting all your macros right. You have to stay on a very strict diet of 80-15-5 that’s 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs. And I find it very difficult to only have 5% carbs because carbs are in things you don’t even think about. However, it’s a fantastic diet because I love eating fat.
Keto Friendly Bacon Dog Recipe:
Hot dogs (LOW CARB)
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
(Optional Sour Cream)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut a slice in the dogs down the edge but not all the way through
Place sliced cheese in the cut
Wrap with bacon
Place on a wire wrack on a cooking sheet
Cook until the bacon is crisp.
