Kelloggs sent me three different FiberPlus snack bars to taste test: Dark Chocolate Almond, Chocolate Chip and Chocolatey Peanut Butter. Each bar has 35% of your daily fiber, and antioxidants like Vitamin E and Zinc. They come six in a box individually wrapped and have 130 calories per bar.
Chocolatey Peanut Butter: 130 calories: This was my favorite flavor out of the three. I love peanut butter and chocolate and the combinations is delightful. The taste of this snack bar is a tantalizing delight. I could eat the whole box in one sitting if I wasn’t careful.
Dark Chocolate Almond: 130 calories. I didn’t like this flavor, I found it to be a bit too sweet and gritty. I’m not a big fan of almonds because they are gritty and I expect dark chocolate to be not sweet, so my expectations were off when I was trying it. I’m sure if you like chocolate and almonds you’ll find it to be a better match for your tastes.
Chocolate Chip: 120 calories: This is my second favorite out of the three and it was by a small margin that it lost. The texture is a lot better than other Fiber Bars that are out there. It only lost to first because it was lacking peanut butter. Yum!
Kelloggs sent me the samples and made no requirement for me to post my review. This is what I honestly think of these bars and I hope that my readers can enjoy them too. Kelloggs is also supplying the prize.
Two of my readers can participate in this taste test too!
All you have to do is tell me what snack bar you are currently eating, if you aren’t eating any bars, what snacks do you eat?
