I received samples to participate in the Balance Shape Up challenge, the opinions are my own.
Balance Bars are full of protein and a great snack or meal replacement while you are working out. I went to Walmart to get some Balance Bars for my trip that I’m going on this week. It’s nice to have food in my purse when I have no idea when the next meal will be. I wanted to get the Cookie Dough flavor because everyone has been saying just how good it is, I couldn’t find it at my Walmart, but I did find Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Peanut. So I purchased those to flavors and filled up my purse.
The challenge is for me to eat healthier and have fun this summer shaping up. I wasn’t able to start at the same time they did, but that’s the best thing about changing your habits. You can change them at any time. All you have to do is make a difference and the Balance Bar Facebook page has lots of tips to get you started.

We’ll be checking in on the twitter party and look forward to chatting and getting back into shape. I was doing really well and then went on vacation, now we’re back and the scale was very unkind to me this morning. SO I’m dedicated to getting back on track and Balance Bar Shape Up Challenge is just the way to do it.
