I love visiting Disney Animation studios and learning the details about how a movie is made, why they made the decisions they made and well everything about the movie. I just came back from A Disney movie trip where I saw Frankenweenie, and Tinker Bell Secret of the Wings, and Wreck It Ralph. Wreck it Ralph is such a fantastic colorful movie and I can’t wait for the kids to see it. Even Zoe can’t stop talking about watching it. She’s so worried she’s going to miss it. We’ve already made plans to go see it with another family I know because they are super excited to see it too.
On this press trip we did things like made cars out of candy and we even had the opportunity to play Vanellope von Schweetz. This is my scene as Vanellope von Schweetz.
And the video of me inside the recording studio not the movie clip:
It was so much fun. All I had to do was think back to my teenage years when I would just talk back and want everything to be my way. LOL. I wasn’t that bad, but as you can see I had it in me. I loved watching everyone take their turn and do the voice over in the sound studio. They are so nice there at the studio. The guys in the box, they just walked us through each step. Vanellope is quite the complex character. She’s like a spoiled brat but as you get to know her you find out it’s just a front because she has gone through a lot in life and Ralph discovers what they have in common. They never win, they are miserable and they become friends. I never saw that happening. Wreck It Ralph is going to be a HUGE hit.
Thanks to Disney for the Travel and Accommodations so that I could participate in the movie event.
How fun is that?!!! I haven’t seen the movie yet, but your voice was awesome!
