This is a holiday gift guide item.
Last year we received the Philips AirFryer as part of a campaign to eat healthier. What is great about the airfyer is that it doesn’t add the grease you get when you fry the regular way. The Philips Airfryer revolutionizes at-home cooking. You can fry, grill, bake or roast using a tablespoon or less of oil, resulting in great tasting meals with up to 75% less fat. Hot air circulates 360 degrees around the food, delivering perfect, evenly cooked food that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. And we had no idea that you could make a souffle in it. (more about the airfyer)
We found this recipe on the Philips AirFryer Recipe page.
Breakfast Souffle Recipe
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons (light) cream
- Red chili pepper
- Finely chop the parsley and chili. Put the eggs in a bowl and stir in the cream, parsley and pepper.
- Fill the dishes up to halfway with the egg mixture. Bake the soufflés at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. If you want to serve the soufflés baveux (soft), then 5 minutes cooking is enough.
And that easily and quickly you have an amazingly fancy breakfast.
