My hairdresser is a miracle worker. Not only does she make me look good when she styles my hair, but she shows me exactly what to do when I go home to keep it looking that way. She only recommends products that are necessary – whether it’s a $5 item or a high-end salon brand, she only uses products that actually work and are a good investment. So the last time I got my hair done, I was having her instruct me on how to do the perfect blow-out and picking her brain for what tools I would need. You see, I’m in the process of bleaching my hair out from hot pink to platinum, so I’m trying to reduce how much I wash my hair so that I can keep it healthy as well as save myself some styling time.
I have a professional-grade flat iron, brush, and a nice selection of salon hairsprays and product, so I thought I had it pretty much covered – until I asked her if it mattered what kind of hair dryer I used. Uh, yes!! When she found out that I was using a $12 hair dryer that I got at a drugstore, she was a little aghast and told me that it matters what kind of hair dryer you use. She told me that a quality hair dryer will do a lot less damage to your hair and, in turn, make it look better. So my homework was clear: It was time to step up my game and get a hairdryer that would make my hairdresser proud!
So when I had a chance to try the Conair Infiniti Pro Brushless Motor Dryer Model 3Q, I could see that this checked all the boxes my hairdresser had emphasized when she instructed me on what to get. This hair dryer is designed to be quick, with 70% more air pressure for faster drying; quiet, with 40% less noise than many other models; and quality, with a design made to provide up to 5,000 hours of life.
I had a chance to really put this hairdryer to the test last week. I’ve had a very hectic travel schedule, bouncing from the Oregon coast to Portland, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas all in the span of seven days. While I was on the road I was interviewing movie stars, going to rock concerts, hanging out on the Vegas strip and nightclubs with friends, and meeting with work colleagues, so I needed my hair to look good. I was also on a tight schedule and did not want to have to get up extra early to spend a lot of time styling my hair. So, I pulled out my new Infiniti Pro and gave myself a blow-out before my flight.
Using a blow-dry balm and two types of hairspray, I started drying my hair with a round brush. The Infiniti Pro is convenient with several different settings, and dried my hair efficiently. I was able to shape my hair nicely and finished with a flat iron when I was done drying it. Adding one last spritz of hairspray, I was ready to catch my flight!
At night, I would pin my hair up with bobby pins, adding dry shampoo and touching up the style the next morning. My hair looked good and I saved so much time not having to wash it every day!
The Conair Infiniti Pro Brushless Motor Dryer Model 3Q hairdryer quite literally got my hair worthy of Hollywood. I’m very happy with this addition to my hair styling arsenel and I know my hairdresser will be too!
