Sleep is a precious resource that is often scare on the ground. A good night’s rest impacts so much of our lives, and yet it can seem so elusive. For parents of small children, sleepless nights are no unfamiliar experience. So it stands to reason that anything which can improve your slumbers would be a precious gift indeed!
Pampers diapers are known for their overnight dryness protection, and hope that by keeping your baby comfortable, they can help create a truly “Silent Night”. I was recently invited to participate in a very fun project for this season of giving, where I was sent a selection of fun items from Pampers to give to a family of my choosing – the gift of sleep:

Between the Pampers diapers and wipes, the soft blankie, and the adorable “Sleep Sheep”, I was off to a great start in creating a gift basket filled with items to help with cozy slumbers! Included with these goodies was a gift card so that I could go shopping and pick up some personalized items to complete my special gift basket. I knew I wanted to give this to my cousin for her little baby, so I asked my aunt to send me a list of some things I could buy that would help the family rest better. With that info in hand, I went shopping:

First up, a Sleep Sack for Baby J!

Baby J’s mom has a lot of neck and back pain from carrying him around all day, so I thought this heated neck and shoulder massager would be just the ticket, especially because it’s got handles, making it easier to get in just the right spot! They have also been thinking that they could use a humidifier, so I thought this one would be perfect.

Finally, to help mom unwind at night, I picked up some relaxing lavender essential oil for a little aromatherapy, plus some yummy dark chocolate!

I bundled all the items together on half of a foam cooler, covered in clear wrapping paper and secured with a ribbon, adding a Christmas card for the family. Done!

I’ve always had an affinity for creating gift baskets, so this project was right up my alley and a joy to assemble.

I dropped the gift basket off for my aunt so that she could pass it along to the family, and everyone was so excited about it. Thank you, Pampers, for letting me participate in such a fun campaign just in time for the holidays – I know everyone will sleep a little more soundly this Christmas!
