Boots, I’m addicted to boots! I have more pairs of boots than I do days in the week and I can only wear one pair at a time so it’s very difficult to choose which ones to wear on which day. Whenever I get a new pair I wear them for an entire month and then I’ll start rotating the old ones back in but like I said, it’s a very tough decision. I don’t buy boots unless they are cute, fashionable, comfortable and long lasting. I love for them to be soft and they have to fit well. I wear boots all year round. I can get away with that living in the Pacific Northwest and sometimes I forget that the rest of the country has warmer seasons. So I need to remember when I travel to take cooler shoes, however, that can wait. It’s now Fall! And there are new boots to celebrate Fall with:
From Dansko’s Fall Collection The Crepe Boot
Natural suede and rustic details like exposed rivets and seams give unexpected flair to our tall crepe boot. Goring at the calf and a full zip closure make it easy to slip on and go. Some boots don’t fit my calves, these fit nicely and they don’t stretch out. Dansko has some other fitting tips that I thought I would share with you.
- A Good Fit
- Fit may be snug when stepping into the clog
- Heel should move up and down freely
- Toes should wiggle freely
It’s funny to me to think that these boots are built on the foundation of a clog. I never thought I would like wearing clogs, but the foundation inside a Dansko shoe is very supportive, curvy and lifting. I feel like I’m gliding as I walk in a pair of shoes from Dansko.
I’m very grateful for these fun shoes from Dansko. Sample received.
I love Danskos! I wear my Danskos pretty much everyday of the year. I love those boots you have. I am a Pacific NW girt, too, but I don’t own one pair of boots. That must change!
These are so cute!!
