After a brief summer hiatus, I’m excited to be starting my second month of Medifast! I’ve been traveling constantly this summer, so it’s great to be home and get back into a routine. August is always a packed month for my social calendar with family reunions, birthdays, and out of town visitors, so it’s great to have my cupboards packed with Medifast so that I have one less thing to think about during my busy day – not to mention, it helps to keep me on track with healthy eating habits through the constant stream of family potlucks!
