Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball with Tomato Garlic Peas
  • 2 -8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • ½ cup walnut pieces
  • 1 cup crushed tomato garlic World Peas
  1. Beat cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl with an electric mixer until combined.
  2. Stir in scallions and roasted red pepper pieces.
  3. Spoon mixture onto plastic wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for several hours. Before serving, roll in mixture of crushed peas and nuts.
