Spinach & Artichoke Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • ½ cup sour cream (feel free to use low fat to save on calories)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (feel free to use low fat to save on calories)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all the ingredients, place in a glass baking dish, cover with foil
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes or until bubbly
  4. Let Cool for 20 minutes
  5. Spoon healthy amounts onto the tortilla and spread it out
  6. Then roll up the tortillas
  7. Cut Tortillas into 1 inch rolls and place them flat on a serving dish
