
- 1 medium Daikon radish, washed and stripped with a vegetable cutter or spiralized (May substitute with regular noodles of your choice)
- 1 cup of roughly chopped Sichuan World Peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
- Sauté Daikon noodles in a heated skillet for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.
- Combine Sichuan World Peas, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes and sesame seeds.
- Top noodles with sauce and serve.
